ABOUT COACH K.
Kamilah "Coach K" Williams, the CEO of FLY Girl Fitness, is a passionate Health & Wellness Coach based in Atlanta, GA. Her personal journey has ignited a true desire to empower individuals from within.
Coach K is known for her raw authenticity, genuine nature, and boundless energy. She firmly believes that her experiences have prepared her to guide others in overcoming fears and cultivating self-love.
With a diverse background and upbringing rooted in hard work, customer service, and self-reliance, Kamilah is a proud graduate of Westlake High School and holds a B.A. in Journalism from Georgia State University (2013).
